In our busy working day it is often easy to forget or put off making a Will. Our ‘Wills at Work’ scheme enables you to take a caring interest in your staff by helping them to create their Will or Lasting Power of Attorney whilst at work. Our Wills at Work scheme is free to you the employer with our solicitors agreeing to:

• arrange a convenient date with you to attend your offices (i.e. a lunch hour)
• provide a brief presentation to your staff regarding the importance of making a Will
• run back-to-back appointments for your staff to take instructions and discuss their personal circumstances
• offer advice on creating a Lasting Power of Attorney
