Wills for Free

We are pleased to confirm that B Legal Limited have been selected to work in association with The Institute of Cancer Research to provide any member of the public who is aged 50 or over with a free basic Will.

Under the ‘Wills for Free’ scheme The Institute of Cancer Research agree to cover our total fees for the preparation of basic Wills. The scheme does include making Wills for couples as long as one partner is aged 50 or over. We also agree to review and update existing Wills.

The Institute of Cancer Research offer this scheme in the hope it will encourage people to assist funding its future research. The Institute of Cancer Research: Royal Cancer Hospital is a Charity not for profit. It is a Company Limited by Guarantee, Registered in England no. 534147. The Institute of Cancer Research is a leading independent cancer research organisation. Their vision is that people may ‘live their lives free from the fear of cancer as a life threatening disease’.

Making provisions for your family and friends will of course take priority in your Wills however any gift you leave to The Institute of Cancer Research will greatly assist them to continue their vital research. There is absolutely no obligation on you to leave a gift to The Institute of Cancer Research in your Wills.
