We are pleased to be taking part in Will Aid’s Make a Will Month

During the month of November 2011 we will write a basic Will without charging our usual fee. Instead we will invite you to donate to the Will Aid group of charities. The suggested minimum donation is £85 for a single Will or £125 for a pair of ‘Mirror’ Wills. This is a great chance to get a professionally drawn up Will and to help some of our best loved charities at the same time.

Will Aid is a campaign run by nine of the UK’s best known charities: ActionAid, Age UK, British Red Cross, Christian Aid, NSPCC, Save the Children, Sightsavers, SCIAF (Scotland) and Trocaire (N. Ireland). Will Aid has raised more £9 million in donations and very much more in legacies since its launch in 1988. The last campaign in 2010 raised over £1.5 million in donations. The money raised is shared by the Will Aid charities and is used to transform the lives of people in the UK and around the world.

B Legal is also offering an exclusive discount during November 2011 only on our standard rates for preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney (for more information please click Powers of Attorney).

Our usual fee for preparing and registering each type of Lasting Power of Attorney is £500.00 plus VAT. However if you are making your Wills under Will Aid we are offering an exclusive discounted fee of £300.00 plus VAT for the preparation and registration of each type of Lasting Power of Attorney that you decide to make. This offer is only available during the month of November 2011.
