Nicola Chard

Nicola Chard

Nicola is the founder Director of B Legal Limited and has been qualified for more than 20 years! Legal Director of Household Mortgage Corporation Limited, First National Bank PLC, then GE Consumer Finance (as it was then) and running her own consultancy business, Nicola set up B Legal in 2005 and is instrumental in its growth.

Specialising in a range of commercial law including business contracts, general business advice, property law and most types of litigation, she is valued for her ability to give clear, user friendly advice to her clients and business partners and has an excellent reputation for delivering within pressing deadlines.

A mother of four, Nicola spends a lot of time supporting her family, cooking, driving and separating the Chelsea and Arsenal Fans. She is a qualified hockey coach and umpire, plays the Classical Guitar and is, we hear, a competent plumber and wine taster!

Manisha Bhula

Manisha Bhula

Manisha joined B Legal Limited in 2006 as a Director having previously practised in a prominent law firm in the Thames Valley.

With over 10 years' of experience as a property lawyer in both Residential and Commercial Property including purchases of business, company formations Manisha uses that experience to manage the Property Department and team of legal personnel providing services to individuals, developers and business partners.

Outside B Legal, Manisha enjoys cooking, the theatre and travelling. She also endeavours to entertain her husband's over-zealous outdoor pursuits!

Karen White

Karen White

Karen has been a residential conveyancing solicitor since qualifying in 2000. Having qualified and worked in private practice until September 2007 where she gained experience in all types of residential conveyancing work, she then joined B Legal.

Working on primarily complex residential conveyancing transactions, Karen's expertise is in Security management, New Build, Equity Release, Shared Ownership and Leasehold and large property acquisition.

Outside of work, she is a voracious reader, particularly crime and thriller fiction, with the odd sporting autobiography for good measure! Being educated in the rules of cricket and rugby she now thinks of Twickenham as home away from home.

Dharmesh Bhula

Dharmesh has acquired experience in corporate, commercial, civil litigation and employment matters since qualification and continues to act for clients across a broad range of issues.

Dharmesh is a keen outdoor enthusiast and weather permitting, he enjoys fishing, camping, hiking and mountain biking.

Samantha Bellia

Samantha Francis

Samantha is a Licensed Conveyancer and has worked at B Legal for five years. She mainly deals with residential conveyancing, including complex Leasehold titles, new build properties and Shared Ownership properties.

Samantha is a big film fan, enjoys the theatre and travelling

Fareed Kazi

Fareed Kazi

Fareed joined the firm in May 2011, having previously worked in a private practice based in the Thames Valley.

Having qualified as a solicitor in 2009 Fareed deals with all aspects of Private Client work including Wills, Probate and Administration of Estates, basic Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work, and Transfers of Equity. Fareed also has conveyancing experience. Fareed is happy to see clients at home, the office or at hospital or care home visits and will ensure your wishes are carried out in full.

Fareed enjoys spending time with his family and friends and often finds himself called upon to look after his boisterous baby twin nephews! An avid fan of cricket, rugby and football (especially football), Fareed enjoys the days when he can see his beloved Red Devils in action.

Alison Whistler

Alison Whistler

Alison has over 15 years of experience in dealing with Matrimonial and Family matters and joined B Legal in July 2011 as a Director having previously headed up the Family Department at her last firm. Her work predominantly involves dealing with legal issues that can arise following a relationship breakdown issues such as divorce and separation, related financial issues and related disputes about children but she also deals with the drafting of pre-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements, adoption and domestic violence issues.

She is an accredited member of Resolution, an organization promoting the amicable resolution of matrimonial disputes and has qualified as a member of the Law Society’s prestigious Family Law Panel.

In addition Alison is a trained Collaborative Lawyer. The Collaborative process is a relatively new way of dealing with family disputes in a more amicable manner allowing couples and their lawyers to meet together and work things out face to face.

Alison is married with two daughters and when not spending time with her family she enjoys travelling both at home and abroad, cookery, horse riding and dancing. Alison is also a School Governor and enjoys helping out with projects in her local community.
