Nicola Chard

Nicola is the founder Director of B Legal Limited and has been qualified for more than 20 years! Legal Director of Household Mortgage Corporation Limited and First National Bank PLC and then GE Consumer Finance (as it was then) and running her own consultancy business, Nicola set up B Legal in 2005 and is instrumental in its growth.

Specialising in a range of commercial law including business contracts, general business advice, property law and litigation, she is valued for her ability to give clear, user friendly advice to her clients and business partners and has an excellent reputation for delivering within pressing deadlines.

A mother of four, Nicola spends a lot of time supporting her family, cooking, driving and separating the Chelsea and Arsenal Fans. She is a qualified hockey coach and umpire, plays the Classical Guitar and is, we hear, a competent plumber and wine taster!

Manisha Bhula

Manisha joined B Legal Limited in 2006 as a Director having previously practised in a prominent law firm in the Thames Valley.

With over 10 years' of experience as a property lawyer specialising in complex residential transactions (including leasehold, freehold, new build and unregistered land) Manisha uses that experience to manage the Residential Property Department and team of legal personnel providing services to individuals, developers and business partners.

Outside B Legal, Manisha enjoys cooking, the theatre and travelling. She also endeavours to entertain her husband's over-zealous outdoor pursuits!

Andrea Lee

Andrea qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and, since being appointed Head of Residential Conveyancing in 2003, has acquired considerable conveyancing expertise. Following her early success at the firm she trained with, Andrea relocated to a volume conveyancing firm in London where she developed a reputation for efficiency and quality in a high pressured environment.

Since joining B Legal as Senior Solicitor in 2006, Andrea has established a strong post-completion team, which she now oversees, alongside her business development and corporate support roles.

Andrea lives life to the full and is an enthusiastic sportswoman and fan. She uses every spare minute away from the office for netball playing and umpiring, Ceroc dance, travel, musical theatre and following Formula 1 (she even harbours an aspiration to be the first British female Formula 1 driver).

Karen White

Karen has been a residential conveyancing solicitor since qualifying in 2000. Having qualified and worked in private practice until September 2007 where she gained experience in all types of residential conveyancing work, she then joined B Legal.

Working on primarily residential conveyancing transactions, Karen’s expertise is in Security management, Equity Release and complex Leasehold and large property acquisition.

Outside of work, she is a voracious reader, particularly crime and thriller fiction, with the odd sporting autobiography for good measure! Being educated in the rules of cricket and rugby she now thinks of Twickenham as home away from home.

Pricilla Sinder

Priscilla qualified as a Solicitor in 2006 and trained in private practice in Sudbury Hill before commencing employment with B Legal Ltd in October 2006.

A Residential Conveyancing guru, Priscilla is known for her quiet and serene approach to life and work and has combined her legal and management skills to design and implement the new B Legal case management system (even though declaring herself a technophobe!)
